When does the monthly fee start?+
Monthly billing of $99 begins 30 days after your site launches.
Is there a long-term contract?+
No. You pay monthly, and there is no long-term contract.
Do I own my website?+
You always own your domain name, text, images and customer data. We keep the tailored design and the WordPress setup that runs it. If you cancel before 24 months of payments, you keep all of your content. After 24 months of payments, you can take a full copy of the site files and database, and an early buyout option is also available.
How quickly can I get changes made?+
Send us a request and content edits are typically completed within 24 to 48 hours. For anything bigger, we’ll tell you what to expect before we start.
Can you build tailored features like an online store, an AI chat agent or online booking?+
Absolutely. If your business needs more than a standard website, such as an online store, an AI chat agent, appointment booking, quote calculators, payment or CRM integrations, membership areas or a tailored web app, tell us what you’re trying to do.
